The work I do is iterative, tailored, collaborative, and structured, with a whatever-it-takes attitude towards all tasks. My service scopes are guidelines for expectations, not a rigorous rule set I’m unprepared to proactively step outside of when you need me to.

  • All services feature unique scopes and durations, as such, every engagement is quoted differently. Please reach out with your unique request, and I will provide you with a clear quote and terms, no strings attached.

  • All services are invoiced, and recurring engagements are backed by signed contracts. A wide variety of payment methods are available through Wise Invoices, including Wire Transfers (ACH & SEPA), Credit Card, Apple Pay, and more. Once work has begun, refunds are unavailable for all engagements.

  • Yes. I only work with full-time influencers, freelancers/contractors, and small businesses on a paid, long-term basis. If you are an aspiring content creator or future business founder in the ideation phase, I don’t feel it’s ethically right for me to do paid work for you; that money is better spent elsewhere. However, if you do fall into that category, you are still welcome to reach out for a chat in case you have a few simple questions I may be able to answer for you.

  • I provide all clients with recurring service engagements with 24/7 emergency availability. My standard working hours are flexible based on my active project roster, so whether you are in the US, somewhere in Europe, or perhaps in Australia, I fit my schedule around yours. Weekends, holidays and off-hours are included where necessary.

  • My services are fundamentally designed around remote, virtual work environments and distributed teams. However, I do accommodate on-site support for short-term projects within Central Europe, with plans to expand this availability to the US in the near future. If your project requires an in-person element, please mention it when you reach out so we can discuss the logistics.

  • Confidentiality clauses or separate NDAs are standard for all service engagements. I value discretion immensely, as I am focused on behind-the-scenes support. Systems implemented are not copied or re-used for other clients, and all documents acquired throughout a service engagement are safely and permanently deleted when the engagement expires. To ensure your files and system access remain entirely secure while we work together, I utilize robust security standards including Passkeys, 2FA, advanced malware scanners, and/or encrypted virtual drives, and more.
